The “Public Enemies” actor has received his second crown as the Sexiest, as he also won the title back in 2003, joining the ranks of Brad Pitt and George Clooney.

And the 46-year-old beat out some stiff competition this year as studs like Robert Pattinson, Bradley Cooper,Ryan Reynolds, and Gerard Butler have all been making headlines as well.

In addition, it has been reported that Depp is raking in a cool $30 million for the upcoming "Pirates Of The Carrabien flick - not a bad year for Johnny!

Cosmopolitan UK just released their 25 Sexiest Men list and it looks like some things do just keep getting better with age.  Johnny Depp was named Sexiest Man Alive by the magazine, with George Clooney and Jake Gyllenhaal running close behind. 

Women around the world would most likely tend to agree, especially Depp’s domestic partner,  model/actress/singer Vanessa Paradis, who has been quoted as saying, “
